Seems really bazaar but some think it is coming from inside the catalytic converters when they reach operating temp. Replacement of the converter does not help. It appears that those that install a new aftermarket exhaust system do not have the same whistling. I don't think I have it on my R/T, but always have the Sirius radio cranked up on channel 20. Maybe there will be a TSB issued on this issue, but for now not everyone has a complaint, and no correction has been proven. Register a complaint with Chrysler if you want, but so far it looks like no Dealer has an answer. Good Luck and keep checking back here to see if there is a good answer as to what is whistling!
