Anyone try a Borla Exhaust yet?

Just curious if anyone hear a Nitro or a R/T with a borla on it. Borla doesn't have sound files. They even have a cat-back for it.

Hey, actually just checked the Borla website (www.borla.com) myself, and it said they don't have anything for the R/T yet?!? Where did you find the one you're talking about (part number?)?

Ok, got ya! I'm actually looking for something dual... I know Gibson has one, but I fear that I will have to remove the spare tire for that one! Haven't gotten around to calling them yet... But I will!

I went to my local muffler shop and showed the vehicle to them they said that puting dual exhaust is not a good idea at all, first off the 20" spare is very close to the cross over pipe and they say will over time heat will damage the new spare, second is in the driver side rear quarter panel is a box that looks alot like a charcoal ( contains fuel vapors) canister, they said if it is and the driver side pipe heats it up there is a chance that it could cause the vehicle to run poorly or have check engine lights come on.

whopper - 5000+ miles on my R/T with dual exhaust and I have not seen any check engine lights or any problems with my spare tire. However, it does require some work by an exhaust shop to measure and make the bends necessary to get around the suspension links. Perhaps your shop doesn't want to put the time in on it necessary to make it work. Talk to another shop if you want duals.
