I am running a CGS exhaust, a custom CAI, and the stage 2 Jet, but, it is on a 2007 Inferno Red SXT Nitro. What an improvement to the 3.7!

If i did this - the only thing i would consider is a 180 degree stat (is the 4.0 stat the same as the 3.7?) and then the stage 2 jet chip. Stage 1 will be so subtle you wont tell any difference.

If the 3.7 and 4.0 stats are the same - it will be easy to change and to get the stat you need. 3.7 stats also fit 3.9, 4.7, 5.9 engines. I have a 4.7 dakota with 180 stat, superchips tuner, works great.

I wouldn't get a jet chip. Just go find a guy at dodge and give him 50 bucks to tune the PCM with the DRB-III scanner.

The DRB-III scanner is the tool Dodge and Chrysler uses for pretty much all electronics in the car. You can use a standard OBD-II scanner to retrieve codes and erase codes but the DRB-III scanner lets you change codding in the PCM and also run circuit tests and all kinds of nifty stuff. Basically it's a master computer for the PCM.

Heres one on sale at amazon and they run for more that the $8,900 price tag LINK
