K&N 4.0 R/T CAI installed

Not yet available to the public, but I thought you guys here would also want to see some photos. About ~9HP, much better acceleration curve, quiet unless floor(wide open throttle). Any questions, let me know. Next is the BG Chrysler ECU, full exhaust, my bwoody swaybar endlinks should be here today, and the car is going to Eibach for springs next weeks... I am donating my car to fill they gap, a 2WD R/t was never tested.. just the 4.0L.

I'm glad they are finally getting to our 4.0's. Appreciate the info, not the tag on the picture but the info is good.

I don't think CarDomain is in any competition with this site.

I don't see why the sites have to compete. I'm disappointed with the jerk factor on here (like this) to be honest. I've been on many ekool forums for years which makes it worse.

I float across both sites but attitudes like this just tempt me to stop coming here.

He did the guys here a favor with this post as far as I'm concerned.

ACX,

I totally agree. However if you try to post a picture that is hosted on any other forum on the Z forum they block it. If you attempt to post a link to cardomain.com or any other auto site they block it.

I used to be over there as well. That is until PeOn and I got into a bit of a battle so I decided not to participate on there any longer. I know it is part of their "policy" but I think BLOCKING all other forums or car sites because of "competition" is totally bogus.

The nice people at Dodge-Nitro.com don't feel the same way as the Z's do and I would favor a more open environment. Censorship may work in some environments but I only support a free society. Dictatorships are sure to fail. History tells us so.

I did not mean to be imposing nor oppressive and I agree it was nice to share this information with this site. Just a side note, if that picture was posted in a forum such as this first and you tried to post on the Z it would be blocked.

Thanks again to Dodge-Nitro.com for standing up for the American Way of Life and Liberty.

I'm on the other site as well, but getting panties in a wad over a "Web Forum" is ridiculous. Some sites have rules and policies and some don't. Regardless of which do or don't, should not cause a personal vendetta to be carried out over more than a few minutes.

That being said, I can't wait for it to be released. It'll be the first on my list of minor performance mods to purchase.

LOL, funny stuff... I did rehost the image btw... I was just too lazy to upload the copy from the camera instead of saving it and reuploading it from the Z forum posting.

Either way, relax, enjoy both sites.. I found stuff on here I didn't find on there...

Its all good.

I still wander through there but I don't "hang out" like I used to. The admin lives a town away from me and we "traded some comments" that I would prefer didn't happen but, we just agreed not to agree and I spend more time here now.

No ill feelings either way. Just a disagreement on his version of "free speech"

I'm sure the effort to rehost the image is appreciated. I really don't have a dog in the fight, I don't know why I even commented.

Either way, the CAI is cool, what kind of improvements have you noticed?

Any Idea when it will be available to us commoners?
