HDD Problems with added music

I've had my Nitro for about a year and now finally added music to the hard drive. I added music with a flash drive. After removing the flash drive, all the music was there and playing great. Everything seemed to be working correctly until later in the day. I turned it on and it showed the screen where the music should be, but no music was listed. I finally found an area where it showed that I had about 200+ files on it but wouldn't show what it was. I even tried to go through menu to delete all music files and all it will do is show a pop up that reads deleting music please wait. I waited about a half hour and the pop up never disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem? or is there a way to reset it?

Have you updated your software to the latest version? (9.561 for RER/REW or 9.112 for REP). I am sure it would not hurt to have the latest that may solve your issue. Several other posts here in this Group on this up-date. (Do a search) Good Luck. Also free under factory warranty.
