i got a call from the dealership earlier today (around 9 am) my new baby is sitting there waiting for me

i am going to stop by the dealershop today and ok everything before they begin to prep her for deilvery

if everything goes smooth with insurance and chertified check (just need to stop at AAA and at that bank today) and such i should pick her up tuesday

We stopped and looked at our Orange R/t with mygig yesterday, before it gets prepped. Unfortunately I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to play with the mygig......its going to feel like an eternity until 3pm Thursday...especially when it's your wife's vehicle, and "she can't wait"....

man i wish my dealer would call me and let me know what is going on. Sheesh im so tired of waiting.

It's great that MyGig is finally getting into the market, but other than the pilot builds, has anyone else moved out of BG status?
Anyone else have a VIN? I ordered pretty quickly myself but I guess you just never know how many ordered before you.
I would be happy just to hear that they have started production builds.
Any "insiders" out there willing to spill would be greatly appreciated.

I have a VIN and my dealer told me that mine is built and was ready for shipping from the factory as of last Thursday.

Would you be willing to let us know when you ordered? I wasn't able to order until the 20th due to a business trip. I have a feeling I will be waiting a LOT longer.

I think I ordered it the second week of Jan. It was 2 days after the MyGIG was available for ordering from the factory.

That would have been January 10th, Rafter, the same day I ordered my R/T. I checked yesterday, mine is still in BG status. I got nothing much. My dealer is also pretty PO. He hasn't received any R/Ts at all because he wouldn't order any without MyGIG. Now I think he wishes he had ordered some less loaded. The factory rep told him that Harman-Kardon wasn't producing enough to meet demand.

Our Nitros will show eventually, we all just have to be patient. I really don't think we should get agitated until we have been waiting 12 weeks for 4X4s (like mine), or 8 weeks for 4X2s. These were the estimated order to delivery times back in January. I guess the delay is kind of what I expected. Those that have already got their Nitro's with MyGIG are just the lucky ones.

My dealer told me today that it's enroute via rail. No firm delivery date yet.

On January 23'rd I ordered two Nitro R/T's, silver and black, fully loaded, with MyGig. Chrysler Customer Assistance (via phone three times and twice via e-mail) give me a verbal shrug with no details at all. My dealer has got the same treatment from the factory. I checked again yesterday as I was having my new Ram Sport serviced. Does anyone know anything???? Who is making this, is there a fit problem, a tech problem, a supply problem, what? Since I ordered them the price has gone up about a thousand and the lease incentive is now gone.
