We are hoping that when we get the GPS antena in and installed that this may carrect this problem. Is there a CDX internet uplink that needs to be performed? What are we missing?
Thanks in advance.
Where did they get it? Non of the My GiG radios (nav or non-nav) have been available to purchase through Mopar parts yet. Did they get it from the ones that were on E-bay?

Re: When will MY GIG be available for ordering?

I just got done re adding the MYGIG to my vehicle thanks to some of you guys who really helped me out. I appreciate that. Only thing now i am waiting for is the build date so that i can know when it will be ready for me to pick up. So when is someone going to start thinking about a NITRO Club? anybody thought about that yet? If so let me know cause i am very interested. Just have no clue how to start one up. Especially you guys who trick out your Nitro's i think it would be cool. Let me know.

Part Numbers 5064080af & 5064114af Are "service Radios" Part Numbers For The Rer (my Gig) Radios. These Part Numbers Do Not Include The Appropriate Hardware & Manuals For An Accessory Upgrade. Rer (my Gig) Radios Have Not Been Released For Production And All Orders For The "service Radio" Will Be Cancelled.

Re: My Gig Update

Looks like layman terms are if you ordered it you will not get it & they will no longer take orders for the mygig till they can produce one that will do what they say it does. Better start looking at alternatives.

Happily, I do not read this the way some of you are interpreting it. If I am wrong, then I too will be pissed. However, all this note really says to me is that DCX is not going to ship any retrofit MyGIG units to dealerships to upgrade radios in existing owner’s Nitros until some time in the future when they have produced a wiring harness that will correctly allow the installation the MyGIG headunit.

It does not mention the first word about new factory installations where the correct wiring harness will have been installed in the vehicle during assembly.
