Question UConnect issues

& days in my R/T....only one problem so far. (Though this is probably something I am doing wrong). Have factory installed MyGig/Nav/UConnect system. Was able to pair my phone (motorolla Razr) with system w/ no problem. Can make calls with no probs. Voice recognition seems to work ok. Problem is this.... After making a call I cannot end the call....Screen keeps repeating "Connecting...". I have to turn my phone off to disconnect the call. Also when receiving a call I get nothing....radio mutes but only dead air on my phone. Callers say my phone rings once on their end then nothing. Also, I cannot download my phones contacl list via OBEX.... my phone says "Service not supported". From what I understand my phones software versin should be able to do so.

Any suggestions??? My dealer has been NO HELP
