Please Help!

So I am very interested in Purchasing a Nitro and I have been reading reviews on here for hours. There is a lot of mixed feelings on this vehicle, I am wondering if I Buy a Dodge ( which will be my very first Dodge Vehicle) is it going to stay in the shop? Please help me in my decision to buy this Vehicle.

Thanks!

When picking out your Nitro, check for finish, plastic interior and exterior deficiencies. With the exception of a slight transmission shudder on mine, I like my SLT and it was my first Dodge too.

Josh/Nitro

I got my Nitro RT and haven't had any problems. I think they had problems with the earlier models, but since have worked them out. Don't forget to get the MyGig. You'll love it.

I bought my Nitro R/T February 5 and have encountered no problems whatever. I highly recommend you buy a Nitro!

I averaged 22.0 MPG on my last highway excursion. I get around 17-18 MPG city.

Next question is...what color would you suggest? I am really leaning towards the Jet black, but my other color intrests are the Sunburst Orange and the Inferno Red.

Over 151,000 on my Dodge

JOSH.. I can not predict your shop visits but my '99 Dodge Grand Caravan has over 151,000 mile on it and has been in the shop very little and never did "break down". I can still change my oil and replace brakes so I do eliminate some visits to the repair shop.

I would not hestiate in buying another Dodge - just need the funding at this point.
