Remanufactured Nitro Engines

Jasper Engines & Transmissions has made available more late-model engines from Chrysler, Ford, GM and Subaru.

The remanufactured Chrysler engine is the 3.7L V6 now available for:
• 2007-2008 Dodge Nitro, Dodge Ram truck and Jeep Liberty.
• 2007-2008 Dodge Dakota, Jeep Commander and Jeep Grand Cherokee.
• 2007-2008 Dodge Durango.

Hope all of us here either have the Factory Lifetime Warranty, or Service Contract if we ever need a replacement engine! Just info, did not sign in for their price.

Now this has me worried, why are remanufactured engines being made available for two year old vehicles? Put over 400,000 km on my Jeep straight six 4.0L. Don't we all know how to look after our vehicles maintenance-wise or do we have a serious problem here with the 3.7L V6?
