With the changes to the NITRO MYGIG for 2011 I recommend that you consider updating your system with this latest 2.107 software released in June 2010.
If your Nitro is under warranty (2007-2010) this update can be performed under warranty by telling them you are having trouble with your phone and Uconnect. If you tell them you have a iPod or iPhone even better. This 2010 CD update will work on all Nitro REP MYGIGs.
If yours is out of Factory Warranty your Dealership should also be able to update your system, since ALL Dealers Service Departments are sent these CDs updates as a "Fix" to issues concerning MYGIG and Uconnect. I believe they may only charge you .3 hours to install.
I have been successfully buying these MOPAR disc in the past from the Parts Department only when I had the part # (was unsuccessful on this 2.107) at a cost of only $11.88.
You also have the
option of downloading from the Internet and burning your own updates for free or purchasing from
eBay which I chose and found very affordable and worked just like a factory disc. I updated to the 2.107 software and the GRACENOTES DVD 2057.
