50 sounds a bit too heavy in all honesty. I was being extremely critical today. I can hear a faint whistle noise but really its very low. Question is, do I really want them to rip my engine apart for just this? 99% other faults tend to get introduced after such a major overhaul.
10-40 mobil 1 was good choice for me, I am pleased.
