Talking any suggestions on the loudest air horn for the nitro?

i'm looking to buy some or one air horn with or without a compressor that is not too expensive, preferably less than $100 total, louder than a train horn and can be located in the engine compartment or on the front bumper area without looking like a piece of junk work.

have looked on many websites and this is one that i have found so far. it is on this site....www.buyautotruckaccessories.com and they are the "wolo extreme air horn, blue". there is a play sound button to here them and the complete kit costs $26.95 without the shipping. let me know your input and if you have found anything better. thanks again!

mr. harter, thankyou for the site to check out the sound of the bad boy air horn. today i went out and bought the bad boy air horn and "one" of these months i will try and put it in the place of the factory horn and then i am suppose to go this coming up monday to lake charles, la. to get some very loud air horns installed and a seperate button switch and wiring will be installed so that i will have the option of letting loose the "bad boy" out of the nitro or the "master blaster". don't have all of the details on the second air horn or the decibels or name brand. i heard it and wanted it and was in a hurry as always and forgot to get all of this stuff.

will relay all info after it is installed. i also wanted to get some of the wolo extreme horns like i talked about earlier but i don't have the patience. silly me.

the whole reason for wanting these noise makers is because of the recent move of alot of tractors pulling trailers that are filled with sugarcane and the whole setup is as wide as the rural roads that lead up to my house. i've laid on my factory horn and either the guy was deaf, ignoring me, or other terms and his head did not even twitch to find out where the noise was coming from. i definitely need to get their attention so that they will pull over and let me pass. i've called the sheriff's department on them many times and their saying is quote "these guys are some big weeds and have alot of money and the little weeds which are us have to smell their dirty soil that they grow in" unquote. these horns will be the start of it. if it goes to another level as say there is a medical emergency and they will not let me pass or let the ambulance or fire truck or police thru, then the next level may be their last level of the game. sorry, alot of frustration is in me.

i like the saying "lead me not to temptation for i can find it myself". control is the key. if control can't keep the door locked then well......whatever. steaming, heated, frustrated, admiring the ducks in the pond, just joking on this last sentence. i'm cool and have control.........for now.

appreciate all of the feedback on the air horn issue and i welcome more. if i end up with 50 air horns on my nitro then so be it. still waiting for that ultimate one.

finally, today i got 2 air horns installed on my nitro. i have the original horn that is activated by the pad on the steering wheel still in service. then i got a "mini horn blaster, 120db" and a "bad boy horn, 118db" installed on it, one on each side of the engine compartment. a seperate button switch was installed on the lower part of the dash near the left of the steering wheel. i can "blast" them with the original only, the 2 new ones only, or all three at the same time!!!!!!!!!!!!! replacing the gun with a "blaster" for fun!! and frustration and stress!! to be used mainly on the tractors that block my access to my means of travel and they do not see me because they have no mirrors to see behind the trailers that they are pulling....so this is to get their attention to move over and let the "beast" pass!!!!!!!!! have complained to the local sheriff's department 3 times but they said to share the road with the "big money weeds". i'll share half of the road with them but the other half is for me or other people that need to pass. if this doesn't work out i will let all of you know. oh yeah, forgot to tell you that it is a little on the loud side................it'll blast your mind into another dimension!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as time goes by, may have to upgrade the horns to the dodge horn as listed on www.automotiveconcepts.com.

i have a set of Hadley Bully Air horns that i had on my ram. I'm gonna be putting them on my nitro once i get it this weekend. They are compact and louder than my neighboors train horn lol and he's pushing just over 152 db. They are meant for eighteen wheelers. I'll post pics and a vid once i install them.

Here a pic of when i had it in the ram:

Very cool, I'll be interested to see where you end up installing them. They appear quite big.
