my nitro is sluggish !!

hi everybody

my nitro is getting sluggish due to poor quality fuel (i think our fuel here in iraq is leaded and i know it's not recommended but i must deal
is there a way to reset the setting of my nitro 08 computer to get it in fast response again like before OR should i use some an enhancement additive???

I doubt the fuel is leaded, it would mess up alot of stuff if it was. I would recomemd hooking it up to a code reader and see if its throwing any codes.
