Newbie w/ HID fog lights kit question

Hello all I'm a newbie to the forum. So far I think it's a great forum. I have a question I hope I can get some help with. It's regarding HID fog lights. I bought an HID fog light kit from DDM Tuning (Apexcone HID bulb H10 6000K). Here's my dilema, when I plugged the bulbs in they turn on for about 1.5 seconds, then flash and go off. I tried several times with the same results. Does anyone have this same kit or have a similar situation. I would appreciate any suggestions that would help in rectifying the situation.
