Flowmaster is more of a sound muffler. They are not meant to be used as a high flow. If you want high flow go with Managflow or CherryBomb.

In all it sounds pretty good. Did you get the resonators hacked off as well?
Same setup I have on my intrepid for the muffler. Flowmaster 40 Delta single inlet and dual outlet.

Your duals on your nitro

What type of 40 series flowmaster do you have on there? It sounds really good.
