White R/T Dual Exhaust

My previous thread was Nitro R/T Owner wannabee questions. Well, things have progressed. Before going to the exhaust shop I printed out Blue Nitro's pics of his exhaust installation. When the guys called, I packed it up and took it to the shop. They said "Oh, OK, That's how they did it. I guess we can do that, too".

Here's the result. My thanks to Blue Nitro and to Tom Johnson at Up & Down Truck Center in Santa Clara, CA. One added touch, they sprayed hi-temp black on the cross over pipe to make it blend in with the rear end.

Tone was a little high for my taste so I had them change from 3" to 3 1/2" dia tips, which mellowed it down a bit more to my liking. Muffler is a Magnaflow 1 in 2 out.

I am not able to guess what it might have done to mileage due to only having 2700 miles on the car (in the first month !!). But performance seems a bit peppier and the sound is grreattt.

Going on to some of the appearance items before any more performance stuff.

Your duals look really nice! You should notice that you have more torque in the low rpm range. Hope you enjoy them as much as I have.
