Alarm system shorts out the tail light

I have had the NITRO in the shop in HOUSTON ALLEN SAMUELS DODGE for the fourth time. The alarm shorts out the rear tail light . I have 8000 miles on it and am very frustrated. They replaced the computer module and still shorted out two weeks later. I have contacted a attorney on the lemon law. Now they have taken the anti theft system out and waiting for the part from the factory. They made me turn the rental in and pick the car up today and the led red light when its lock is not on. They are trying to cover themselves if anyone can give suggestions please do so. I will never buy another American made car again.
