Chrysler was the first company to have a hard drive based music system in its cars, and may now be the first to provide an added capability — the ability to record off the air, as well as off a CD or DVD.
The new 430 and 730 radios for the 2011 model year vehicles can, according to our source, now record satellite radio and then allow you to replay it, similar to a television DVR/Tivo. Our source says it’s both easy and intuitive.
