I work for Maxwell Dodge in Austin, TX. The GF and I bought the Nitro today and the first thing I did was pull it into my bay and check with the Star Scan tool to see if there's a way to disable it.
There isn't. The only thing the dealer can do, is enable in dash view while in park or in neutral with the parking brake on if manual.
If your question was: Can I have the dealer turn on the front seat view of DVD's with the MyGig screen?
Then your answer is: Yes. But only while the car is not mobile and in park.
