Import music from HDD as mp3 files

I import all my playlists onto my MyGIG HDD, and I am seeing the following issues:

When I view 'Playlists' the tracks are not in numerical order but alphabetical order
Some Albums import correctly in the right order of track listing and some don't... they all have the same naming convention which is '01-track1, 02-track2' so I am confused as to why some work and some don't

Anyone have any insight on this?
