radio company, today announced that it will broadcast live from Toronto's
North by Northeast (NXNE) festival - Canada's leading showcase for emerging
music. During the festival, SIRIUS' CBC Radio 3 and Iceberg 85 channels will
broadcast 2 live concerts featuring Canadian independent music to listeners
throughout Canada and the U.S. In addition, SIRIUS' CBC Radio 3 channel will
be broadcasting live from the NXNE Hub at the Hyatt Regency hotel, bringing
listeners breaking news and artist interviews from Canada's indie music scene.
The concerts on June 19th and 20th will be broadcast live on SIRIUS'
Iceberg 85 and CBC Radio 3 channel 86 and will feature Canadian indie artists
In-flight Safety, The Cliks, Wintersleep, Woodpigeon, DD/MM/YYYY, Ruby Coast,Jason Collett, Hot Panda and Lovely Feathers.
