Juts picked up a 2007 Dodge Nitro SLT with 70 000km on it, fully loaded, had it for 2 days now and really envjoy driving it. Its my 1st SUV and it feels good to be so high up...got this as a DD for the family. Was getting tired of bringing my child and the dog in seperate trips!

Just read the oil filter thread, sounds like a true PITA!

Welcome and enjoy your new SUV! I can relate to your dog going with you on trips. We now plan our vacations with dog friendly hotels so we take her with us, instead of paying boarding fees! She loves the trips too and has proven to be no problem, however she has surprised some guests as we walk her down the hall being close to 50 pounds!
