Hi All, I am new to the forum and need a little help, I live in the UK and I own a 2007 Nitro 2.7 Diesel, 3 month back the turbo failed at 15K miles, this was changed under warranty by Chrysler, after this I kept getting the oil light flickering on, I took the car back and waited 4 weeks for them to tell me what was wrong, I was informed I need a full new engine as there was a sludge build up and this had caused serious damaged to the engine, Chrysler accused me of running the car on Bio Fuel, which I haven’t and that they would not cover the warranty claim for a new engine, is this a one off or is there a history of this happening, after googleing it on the internet it would appear that this has happened before, any information would be great, Cheers

On what basis did they state that you used Bio Fuel? You didnt use chip pan frying oil did you?
I am sure that they would need to run an analysis on your engine oil before blatently denying your claim, was the car bought new?
