Hi from the UK

Thought I would drop a short post to say hi from the UK.

I just collected my brand new Dodge Nitro SXT CRD Auto on Tuesday and am absolutely loving it. Even more so, since I have found that it was built and imported from the USA for me!

I think that I may be one of the first, if not the only (!), person so far in the UK to buy a Nitro as I have not seen any around here at all. However, I am seeing more and more Calibers on the roads here.

Would love to hear from you all. I will post some pics of my baby as soon as get them on the computer, but be warned, the weather is not as good here as it is probably over in the U.S

I'm a newbie here too ... got my 08 Nitro on Jan 1st. Still dealing with a torque converter that's engaging too early, but other than that, I love it.

Isn't a Nitro a pretty large vehicle for the UK? But then, maybe your cars aren't as small as I saw in Italy. A Nitro would be a tank over there!

There are quite a few people from the UK that have nitro's, but it is nice not to see a lot of them on the road. There are quite a few around me.

Hi guys,

and yes, the Nitro is quite big for the Uk, but not too bad. There are a few other 4x4's here that are approximately the same size.

It's been a week since I picked it up now and I still can't wipe the grin off of my face !
