Chrysler Canada Announces Customer Choice Financing - A Breakthrough in Vehicle Financing

* Innovative way to own a vehicle
* Low monthly payments
* Option to return vehicle at end of financing term

Windsor, Ontario , Aug 31, 2010 -

Chrysler Canada today announced an innovative new way to own a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep® or Ram vehicle called Customer Choice Financing. This program allows consumers to purchase a new vehicle with low monthly payments and have the option to return the vehicle at the end of the predetermined time period, which can be in as little as 36 months.

"This program puts the consumer exactly where they belong - in the driver's seat," said Reid Bigland, President and CEO of Chrysler Canada. "Customer Choice Financing offers many of the traditional advantages of a lease, such as an option to return the vehicle, with the added benefit of the consumer actually owning the car or truck. The enhanced flexibility a customer has under this program creates the best of both worlds."

Under the Customer Choice Financing program, buyers can select a 36-month, 48-month, or 60-month financing term. At the end of this period, the customer can turn in the vehicle or elect to keep the vehicle.

"More than 95 per cent of new vehicles sold in Canada require financing," said Dave Buckingham, Vice President of Sales - Chrysler Canada. "Chrysler Canada has long been a pioneer in providing financing solutions that meet a variety of customer needs."

Chrysler was the first manufacturer in Canada to offer Variable Rate Financing to its customers and is now pleased to make Customer Choice Financing available. Customer Choice Financing will be offered on all Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles effective September 1, 2010.

I can't believe its been so long since I've been here.

I saw the ads for this in todays paper up here for a couple local dealers...very excited that "leasing" is back for us crazy canadians!
