“Year-end Wrap-up” Kicks Off at Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge and Ram Dealerships Across the United States

Chrysler Group LLC today announced new incentives that offer consumers the choice of a gift for themselves or some extra cash in their pocket as the holiday season approaches.

“Chrysler Group is happy to kick-off our ‘Year-end Wrap-up’ just in time for the holiday season,” said Fred Diaz, President and Chief Executive Officer–Ram Brand and Lead Executive for the Sales Organization, Chrysler Group LLC. “We want consumers to come into our showrooms and see what the new Chrysler Group has to offer. With great vehicles like the award-winning Dodge Ram truck, four vehicles that earned the top-safety pick from IIHS, competitive prices and a variety of incentives, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram offer customers vehicles that are fun to drive, and get the job done.”

Effective today and valid until January 4, 2010, the following incentives are available on 2010 model year vehicles:

Chrysler Brand:
Beginning today, consumers purchasing select Chrysler vehicles can choose from:

* 0 percent financing for up to 60 months
* Consumer cash of up to $3,000
* All-wheel drive at no cost with the purchase of a Chrysler 300
* A no-cost DVD system with the purchase of a Chrysler Town & Country minivan
* Attractive financing rates and a no-cost service/maintenance program for three years/36,000 miles

Jeep Brand:
Jeep customers can choose from 0 percent financing for up to 60 months, consumer cash of up to $4,000 or attractive financing rates and a no-cost service/maintenance program for three years/36,000 miles.

Dodge Car Brand:
Beginning today, consumers purchasing select Dodge vehicles can choose from 0 percent financing for up to 60 months, consumer cash of up to $2,500 and all-wheel drive at no cost with the purchase of a Dodge Charger.

Ram Truck Brand:
The Ram Truck Brand is offering consumers combinations of attractive financing and/or consumer cash including 0 percent financing for up to 48 months or 2.9 percent financing for 60 months, or consumer cash of up to $2,500.

Ram is also offering consumers 0 percent financing for up to 72 months or up to $5,500 in consumer cash on most 2009 Dodge Ram trucks.

All incentives are valid through Jan. 4, 2010.

Chrysler sweetens deals on 2010 models

Chrysler is piling more cash on the hoods of its 2010 cars and light trucks. Lacking new models and trying to counter a deep slump in sales, the company is increasing cash rebates by $1,000, to as much as $4,000, and offering several zero-interest financing programs through January 4, 2010.

Qualifying customers buying any 2010 Chrysler-brand vehicle, Dodge car or Jeep and financing through GMAC can get a zero-interest, five-year loan. Buyers of 2010 Ram 1500 pickups can get zero-percent financing for up to four years. Five-year loans cost 2.9 percent. Those preferring cash can get $2,500 on Dodge cars or Ram 1500 pickups, $3,000 on Chryslers and $4,000 on Jeeps.

Buyers of 2009 Dodge Ram 1500s can cash in big time with either a six-year, zero-interest loan or a $5,500 rebate.

Buyers willing to forego rebates or low-cost financing can get a DVD system on a Chrysler Town & Country or all-wheel drive on a Dodge Charger.

Program Description:

This program offers eligible customers APR financing to be applied toward the retail purchase of eligible vehicles. APR financing must go through GMAC. To qualify for all listed special APR rates through GMAC, customers must be considered S/A/B/C tier.

The customer will also receive, at no extra cost, a Maintenance package with a retail value of $825.

Vehicles sold to registered Fleet customers may be eligible for this program.
