08 Nitro Oil Change help

Well this is my first post on this forum, as I'm coming over from Trailvoy.com. Very good friends of mine have an 08 Nitro, with the 3.7 and I am going to be changing their oil for them this up coming saturday to help them save some cash. Im not very familar with these vehicles so this is where the help comes into play. Does anyone have pictures of the drain plug on the oil pan? Any help would be greatly appreciated. ALso does it use 5w-30 or 10w-30, how many quarts and what size oil filter?

I found out what size filter ot use....but does no one know what type of oil and how much to use?

5 qts, 5W-20

just a note the Oil filter is a bear to get off, especially if it is a 4x4. Terrible location!! I do most of my own repair work, oil changes etc, but I take the Nitro in for the oil change, it's not worth the time it takes. I would suggest you use a filter with a nut on the end. it will shorten the time next oil change.

Yup, I have a charger and it uses 5 qts, 5W-20

I have a Dodge Nitro 2.8, does anyone know how to get to the Oil Sump & Oil Filter? I know the Oil is 5 X 30 but what is the filter?
