2009 Nitro

I know that it might be early but has anyone heard of anything new for the 2009 Nitro? I am not a current Nitro owner but plan to order a 2009 Nitro R/T when they are available. I am looking to see if Dodge is planning any changes to the vehicle for next year.

from what I hear the body shape is the same but who knows what else...maybe a SRT8

No SRT model is in the works, at least not for the 2009 model year. Last I checked there were not too many changes planned for the 2009 Nitro models, drivetrains are the same as 2008 as are most of the key features. WiFI internet will be added as a factory option, but not sure if it will launch with that feature or arrive a few months into the model year. I'll take another look at the 2009 documents and see if I see anything else on the list...
