Was wondering if any one looked into creating a RAM air intake, seems to be fairly easy. The intake side of filter box extends directly to the from grill, seem to only need to drill hole and add collector for air. Maybe some mesh to stop big objects, but the basics are already there for the 3.7s.
There are dozens of 3.7 liter CAI setups on Ebay for the Liberty & Dakota. They range in price from $8 to $300.
Judging from the ones I've seen for other cars, the $8 ones are junk & the $300 ones are overpriced. There are quite a few of them listed that are packaged with real K&N filters for around $50 - $75. It's hard to tell if their made of descent quality or not. When I start looking at them hard, I'll make sure all the necessary fittings & hardware are there too.
