extra amps

I dont know if you can hook an amp directly up to the factory system. There are ways around it though.

If you add an aftermarket amplifier you'll have to bypass the factory unit... they generally don't play nice with each other.

I will be shortly. I just got it Tuesday. Getting some new amps for the Acura. The old ones will go in the Nitro.

I need someone to post pics of what the factory sub looks like. I might try to duplicate it. Only better.

Ideally the best solution is an after market head unit. But if you're insistent on adding subs to the factory unit you can accomplish this with line level adapters. They connect to the speaker wires and decrease the signal down to pre-amp levels.
