How to remove dash/console/radio?

I am installing a Serius Sat radio (plug-n-play on the dash type) and want to run my cables through the dash. I can't figure out, however, how to get the dash apart.

I would love to see what is behing my stock radio, as well.

How do I take apart the dash/console on the Nitro!?

Kent!

Re: How to remove dash/console/radio?

Start by removing the rubber mat from the top of the tray at the top of the dash. Then remove two screws that are hidden under the mat. After that the entire tray is only held in by clips and pops right out, pull from the corners closest to the windshield. Next starting from the top remove the bezel whic goes from the bottom of the tray to top of the center console, it is also held in with clips. You may want to put the car in 1st gear to make this easier. after removing the bezel you can now access the radio which is held in by 4 screws. the whole thing can be taken apart and put back to gether in less than 5 minutes.
