New RT owner with towing questions

I just purchased a fully loaded '07 R/T. The funny thing is I was talking to the sales guy about how I was only interested in the R/T because I wanted better towing capacity. He showed me what I thought was an extra cooler in front of the radiator (transmission cooler?) in all the excitment of purchasing, looking at the interior, engine and so on, can you believe, I pulled up behind it in the driveway when my wife brought it home and .........no towing hitch??? The bumper isnt even cut out.
We completely didnt even notice the towing package ommission on the sticker either. Is this just a matter of putting a towhitch on it? or are there other towing package options we missed? I'm hoping the R/T already comes standard with the Tranny cooler and its just a matter of getting a tow hitch installed later on
I will only be pulling a SeaDoo for now, maybe a pop up trailer later?

There is a towing package that includes a bit stiffer rear suspension but I believe almost all of the added features on the sub R/T towing package are already included on the R/T.

I do know that the R/T is rated at 3000 pounds capacity with the add on towing package and the factory package pushes that to 5000. You should be fine with the add on.

thanks, I'll consult my sales person to see what I actually bought. I'll just get a hitch later on when I actually need it and go aftermarket if it doesnt void my warranty
