Re: R/T price

alright, i can't hold off any longer. i have been reading this forum for some time now, so let me ask you guys a few questions... i test drove a loaded slt saturday and loved it, even with the weaker engine. i want a r/t (and r/t only) with mygig so bad it hurts. i have read in the forums that i can order all that right now and the dealer confirmed that. first, i have a friend that can get me a 'friends and family discount'. he says that because the ride is all-new, he won't be able to do it for at least 2 months (see the previous part about how it hurts). does anyone else know if it's true? or can i tell him to get me the info anyways, and try to use it? how does the friends/family thing really work? second, if it's true that i will have to wait (which i probably won't do), what about ordering it now? will i have any bargaining power since it is all-new? if i wait 2 months and order it with the f/f, then it will be about 4 months total until i am sitting in my awesome truck (see the part again about it hurting). the bottom line is i want it and i don't want to pay sticker. why does stupid dodge advertise something i can't have right now??? this is frustrating, to say the least. any suggestions? thanks.

Find an auto broker in your are and let them find and R/T for you with the infinity speakers and then purchase mygig through one of the supporting vendors on this forum or the other ****** then install it yourself. R/Ts are starting to show up in dealers in my area. I'm hoping to buy by mid Feb. after the refi of my house goes through. Let us know if it works.
