I'm planning to paint my wheels black but I don't know how they'll look like so I was wondering if anyone with Photoshop experience could help me here

Not black for sure, how about a powdercoat metalic powder blue or midnight blue. Yes midnight blue. Degrease and then spray with aluminum primer first to key the paint.
