▲ 41% Hyundai, 33,797 units vs. 24,037 units
▲ 44% Kia, 21,048 units vs. 14,644 units
▲ 0% Mercedes, 20,889 units vs. 20,848 units
▲ 18% Nissan, 73,404 units vs. 62,102 units
▲ 16% Volkswagen, 29,417 units vs. 25,289 units
▲ 33% Ford, 179,017 units vs. 134,114 units
▲ 32% Toyota, 187,860 units vs. 141,949 units
▲ 24% Honda, 107,143 units vs. 86,085 units
▲ 9% BMW, 23,617 units vs. 21,626 units
▼ 4% Chrysler, 86,523 units vs. 89,813 units
▼ 6% GM, 207,643 units vs. 220,804 units
The seasonally adjusted annual selling rate (SAAR) for the U.S. auto industry in December was 11.4 million units compared with November’s 11.1 million unit selling rate and last December’s rate of 10.5 million units.
