Engine oil in Radiator Water

I have a 2007 2.8 litre Diesel SXT that is filling the Radiator header tank with engine oil. We have crack tested and skimmed the head and replaced and gasket. We have had the engine oil cooler tested - all good! Still the problem persists.
Any suggestions of where to look next?

Welcome to the forum.

The CRD is not offered for sale in the US, so I am not sure of this. Does the CRD have a Turbo? If so, does the Turbo share the engine oil as well as the engine coolant?

Thanks for replying. Yes, it does have a Turbo, but apparently it doesn't share the engine oil and engine coolant. After doing only 145 km, we had to replace 3.5 litres of oil, so it is pushing quite a bit of oil out!
