Certificate of destriuction - what is?

I'm still looking for my Nitro, but getting the 4.0V6 in Europe at a good price looks like pretty tough job.

I have found one 2007 R/T looking nice on photos. But when I asked for VIN code, I found link below.
I have no clue what such certificate means (well I think I do), but why? The car looks good even in that auction. Destructed cars looks often much worse and the driver body liquids are everywhere...

Salvage 2007 Dodge Nitro Slt/ with VIN 1D8GU58657W683671 on auction

Any advice? Or previous owner?
Thank you.

Must be a totaled vehicle or maybe it has flood damage (with salt water damage)? Big Big Red Flag not a vehicle you should consider!

Site now says "Sale is over for this DODGE". You didn't miss out on anything except junk.

Nono, I don't want to bid the auction - I saw the auction is over for 3 yrs. I mean, this car is registered in Germany and on the road again and for sale ( here Dodge Nitro 4.0 Automatik R/T AWD 4x4 as Off-road Vehicle/Pickup Truck in Braunschweig )

I was looking for car history. It doesn't look like a total, but flood is nono for me.

BTW> (Some people buy a damaged car in US, but repairable and save money on custom tax 31% and are happy)
