sure wish they would have had a poster of these things on the dealerships doors, walls, floors, mirrors and a tatoo of it on my left "_ _ _" and maybe then i would have listened to the little voice in my head!!! thanks rickaren, not better late than never. i feel so depressed and zero now. oh well, i do feel like driving my nitro again and again and again and again..............

I haven't actually TALKED with anyone during the negotiation of the last four car purchases.After getting the best price I can gather ,regardless of geographic locartion,I then take it to the nearest dealer of that make and give them a shot of matching or bettering the Internet deal. Example : For my Nitro I had to go 70 miles south to Tampa to get my price .For my Infiniti I went south to Sarasota 160 miles ,for my Honda Fort Myers 210 miles and my Subaru 1000 miles north to Woodbridge Va. a long way but I saved $3100.Well worth the 1 day up and 1 day back trip.
