Hi, Ive just brought a 2008 dodge nitro and am looking at changing the standard radio for an aftermarket one that has apple CarPlay so that I am able to have a satnav as-well as playing my music through it. Has anyone done this before, if so what unit would you recommend I purchase as I don't want to get one that doesn't fit into the vehicle and do you have any advice for installing it.
