Please help. My alternator was making a wheezing sound for a couple of days and the battery light came on and car wouldn't start. Towed to mechanic he replaced alternator and battery. Now all the dashboard lights are on. It's a 2011 Dodge Nitro. Please help. Thanks

Sorry to hear of your issues. First off why are you not asking the mechanic to repair your Nitro correctly? Could be the install of the wrong alternator or a defective one? The voltage regulator is part of a replacement alternator and it could be defective and should be covered under your warranty, but would require another replacement alternator. Reset the new battery to reset the vehicle's computer. Have him check for error codes to determine what is wrong. (is your dash check engine light on too?) Good Luck and let us know how it all works out.
