I won't take credit for this as it's all from another website that supports Mygig radios from any name plate but there is an udpate for the Newer RHB Mygig systems: 23.04.41. This will update the audio firmware, system software and GPS software (not the maps, those cost $199 but there is a 2011 update out from Navteq.com). You really do have to burn the disc as very slow speed or else it will probably fail! If you are brave and decide to try this and get stuck you can reset your Radio one of two ways.
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 10 minutes.
2. Pull the fuse for the radio as shown in the attached pic. For my 2011 its position M12, a 30A fuse. On older systems it should be position #20 a 15 amp fuse (always verify this kind of stuff!)
I'm going to link to the remote website, its not competition for this forum but if it is not allowed I'll understand.
Update link: http://mofv.com/mygig/BBS/viewtopic....t=rhb+23.04.41
General burning link: http://mofv.com/mygig/DLZipBurnGuide.htm
Read all info carefully, sometimes old is mixed in with newer and proceed at your own risk!
This site also has lots of great info for the original radio versions from 2007 forward as well.
Good luck!
