Fiat-Chrysler is recalling 78 2015 Chrysler 200 sedans to fix a problem that affects the front-passenger seat and airbag, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

"During service work, the affected vehicles may have had either the Occupant Classification Module or the seat cushion foam of the front-passenger seat replaced instead of both pieces together, which make up a complete calibrated set," NHTSA said in its recall summary.

"If both pieces were not replaced together, the occupant detection and classification system may not be properly calibrated and the passenger airbag may improperly deploy in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury."

There are no accidents or injuries linked to the recall, Fiat-Chrysler spokesman Eric Mayne told Edmunds.

The affected 200 sedans were built from April 7, 2014 to August 3, 2015.

Chrysler dealers will install a new OCM-SCF seat service kit. The recall is expected to begin within 60 days. Owners can contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403.
