Service times.

I had to put the truck in the dealership, the control panel that houses the esp button wasn't working. Does anyone think that keeping the vehicle for a week is too long, or am I just impatient? They gave me a rental, but I still think that there was a real lack of urgency to fixing the truck. Anyone else have similar problems?
