I just bought a 2007 nitro last December with 143,000 miles. Been replacing parts to pass inspection. The side flasher bulbs have been replaced but they do not operate with the turn signal. They only come on with the headlights. How do I fix this?

Take that off your list! My 2007 Nitro, as far as I know ALL US built Nitro side lights do no not flash.
