The dealer should be able to update you at any time. They are just generally yo lazy to do so, so they just give you an eta. If you want to track your order you need to have a VON#, which is located on the top right hand side of your order. If there is no VON# there, there is no order. The VON# is issued immediately when the order is placed. Once you have the VON# you can call an 800 number at DCX and track your vehicle throught the entire build process and during transit to the dealer.
