On Saturday, Feb. 28, about 9:30 p.m., a trooper with the NSP Troop D in North Platte stopped an eastbound 2008 silver Dodge Nitro for no taillights near the Paxton Interchange, on Interstate 80 in Keith County, Nebraska.

A Drug Recognition Evaluation conducted on the driver of the vehicle 23-year-old Sara Fahr, of O’Fallon Mo., revealed she was under the influence of drugs. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to the seizure of 225 lbs. of marijuana.

The marijuana was located in three blue totes in the cargo area of the vehicle. Fahr was transported to the Keith County Jail, where she was lodged on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and driving under the influence of drugs.
