Trying to install new TIPM and car will not start.

2011 Nitro. I have been having issues with what we believe is the TIPM. One day my horn started going off and would not stop, and that is why we think it's the TIPM. So we ordered a replacement, it came with all new fuses already in there. Well, we've put it in the car and now it won't even start. The air conditioner, radio, etc. turn on, but the engine is completely silent. Any ideas? I'm lost.

Usually if you purchase a rebuilt or exchanged TIPM you have a help line to complete the install. Have you contacted the seller?
